El9ani provides you with express delivery service to 58 Algerian states with the possibility of payment upon receipt, with an expected delivery period between 2 to 4 days, depending on the state.
The delivery time is calculated from the day you place your order until the day our delivery agent makes the first delivery attempt. Working days are from Saturday to Thursday. Friday and holiday period are not included in the delivery time calculation.
- The delivery fees are fixed for one order, to be paid only once, regardless of the number and weight of the products.
- The delivery agent will contact you hours before arriving to you to make sure that you are at the place you specified to receive the order or to agree on another nearby address in the same city.
- If the customer was not present while the delivery agent was passing through or was unable to receive his order on that day, he will have the right to try a second delivery at another date, provided that it does not exceed 3 days from the first attempt.
There are two types of delivery, delivery to your residence address or Stop Desk delivery, which is delivery to an office address located in the city center of each state. When the customer's parcel arrives at the headquarters of the state in which the customer lives, he is contacted to inform him of the possibility of coming to receive his order from the office. The customer may request to keep the package for three days before returning it. This is a type of delivery that many customers prefer because of its reasonable price compared to home delivery. It is also suitable for some customers who prefer this type of delivery.
In line with our policy that gives priority to customer satisfaction, all damaged or defective purchases, as well as purchases received by mistake through our site, are subject to replacement within 24 hours from the date of their arrival to you.

Before submitting a product exchange request, make sure of the following points:
- Ensure that the product remains in its original condition, including its packaging, and that it has not been used
- Ensure that no more than 24 hours have passed since the date you received the item.
- It is necessary to show the delivery receipt (invoice) that you received with the item, which contains your order number.
- The change policy includes all platform products, except for the products of the makeup and perfume departments, underwear and hair care devices.
- We guarantee the replacement of products in the event that you receive damaged products from all parts, with the need to report them within 24 hours, along with sending pictures to prove this.
- Goods that have seasonal sales cannot be changed with any other goods, only they can be exchanged with the same good.
- We have the right to refuse exchange in case of violation of the conditions above or in some special cases, for example: the request for replacement was repeated within a short period and on most products.
In the event of damage or defect in one of the products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and it was used or exceeded 24 hours from the date of its receipt, you can contact or approach the after-sales service of the concerned brand, accompanied by the warranty document.
- Please see the warranty sheet that comes with the product, which explains the cases that cannot be benefited from the warranty, for example: a problem with the electric current, or repairing it at an unauthorized agent...
- By purchasing from El9ani, you agree that it is not possible to request a return of the goods unless it is found that the item is different from the description on the site, and it is not possible to request a return or exchange of the product for any of the other cases.
- In the event that you agree to the product exchange process, you will have to send the product to our headquarters first to verify it and that all conditions are met before activating the product exchange process.
